Delhi Indie Project’s ‘Main Teri Yaad’ will enchant you!

Mumbai, 27^th April 2024: Indie band Delhi Indie Project known for their versatility and unique sound have released their latest track called ‘Main Teri Yaad’. It is a special song written, composed and sung by Ashish Chauhan. The song has a very different flavour as compared to all the other songs. MTY was shot in the beautiful valley of Kashmir featuring the very talented and versatile actress Sukhmanee Lamba.

Speaking about the track Ashish says “This song holds a very special place as the lyrics are something everyone can connect to. It sounds like a heart break song but is indeed an inspiration used to fulfil the dream of a contemporary dancer in the video. Main Teri Yaad was also praised by Mr. Saif Ali Khan in a live performance we did for a noble cause”. Ashish Chauhan is a versatile musician and music producer from New Delhi.

The band is known for its mix of Indie, Bollywood, Indian Classical, Folk and Punjabi music blended with western elements of Jazz, Blues, Rock, Funk and Latin Music. The band has performed at various venues across India and abroad. The diverse background in the band helps them portray a very unique sound to their music. In past the band has collaborated and shared the stage with artists like Indian Ocean, Parikrama, Euphoria, Shilpa Rao, Shruti Pathak, Mrigya, Meiyang Chang and many more.
