Goldie Sohel is on the rise with two big songs!

Mumbai, 1st April 2021: TM Talent Management’s Exclusive Artiste Goldie Sohel has been making waves in the non-film Hindi music scene. Having recently collaborated with the likes of Papon and Harshdeep Kaur, he has now returned with two new releases on Saregama and Desi Music Factory.

Composed, written and sung by Goldie himself, his new single ‘Aaj Sajeya’ is all set to become the wedding song of the season. The music video which is produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma 2.0 features the stunning Alaya F who plays a new-age bride.

Goldie’s touching vocals in the song accompanied by the amazing sound design by Manash Borthakur would make anyone dream of their wedding day instantly. Unlike a lot of music these days, ‘Aaj Sajeya’ by Goldie Sohel brings out the vivid emotions of the traditional Indian weddings in a modern soundscape. Watch the music video here.

‘Kinne Saalan Baad’ is another new track by Goldie Sohel. And again written, composed and sung by himself, it’s a beautiful love ballad portraying love between two lovers. The music video of the soulful single features Avneet Kaur and Rohan Mehra. You can watch the music video here.

Goldie Sohel is a young artiste who hails from Guwahati, a city of culture, music and life. His career in music is no surprise as he grew up watching his grandfather who used to sing for All India Radio and his father who is a singer-songwriter. This led him to have a deeper understanding of music and he formed a band of his own (in college) called Sukoon. He did a few releases with the band and started getting recognition in the industry as a composer and a singer-songwriter. This was a stepping stone towards his musical journey and later he released his first big song ‘Nai Jeena’ under JioSaavn’s Artist Originals imprint which received more than 4 million plays on the platform. Opportunities kept swarming in and Goldie Sohel became a name that was easily recognised by all. The composition of his single with Vyrl Originals called ‘Kisi Aur Naal’ crossed 30 million views on YouTube. After the huge success of this composition, Vyrl Originals released an acoustic version, sung by him which established
his footing in the music industry.

A mainstay in the ongoing non-film music wave, Goldie Sohel’s recent endeavours as a composer and singer-songwriter include songs like ‘Aaj Sajeya’, ‘Kinne Saalan Baad’, ‘Dil Da Khayal’, ’Aaja Ve’, ‘Baat Nahi Karni’, ‘Aankhon Hi Aankhon Mein’, ‘Nafarmani’ and ‘Maula’. As a singer he has also worked with other music composers for songs such as ‘Kasam’, ‘Mera Hona Ki Nahin Hona’, ‘Tumhari Yaad Ayee Hai’ and a few more. Goldie has also composed the anthem for the Fire Brigade of Mumbai and more recently the youth-focused short video app ‘Moj’ with Nakash Aziz, Asees Kaur and Badal featuring Remo D’Souza and 30 influencers. With a subtle style of music and a flavourful voice, Goldie Sohel has made a brilliant niche for himself.
