Natania releases music video for ‘Nautanki’, a vibrant anthem featured in Katrina Kaif’s bridal campaign

Mumbai, 7^th December 2024: A Mumbai girl at heart making it big in the US, Signed to Jay Z’s Roc Nation as songwriter and to DESI TRILL as an artist, Natania has released her latest single “Nautanki”, following the success of “Gulzar”.

Natania’s Nautanki is a joyous anthem celebrating the stubborn, dramatic nature of our hearts. Inspired by the nostalgia of a significant relationship, the track captures the paradoxical human tendency to cling to past relationships, even when reason dictates moving forward.

With her signature blend of Western pop influences and heartfelt storytelling, Natania captures the chaos and charm of reckless love. Natania provides insight into the creative process: “The genesis of ‘Nautanki’ was an impromptu late-night composition. This initial spark ignited a collaborative fire, fueled by the contributions of David Bu and Subhi, and further enhanced by the late night input of my friends Aman and Zeek. The entire process was intensely collaborative, and the creative energy was infectious. With the ‘Nautanki’ music video, we aimed to create a visual experience as vibrant and multifaceted as the song itself. Sharic Sequeria’s vision brought the maximalist, almost theatrical, \ energy of the song to life, perfectly capturing the quirky, yet poignant, exploration of love and resilience at its core. The result is a celebration of bold personalities and unexpected connections, mirroring the emotional rollercoaster of the song.”
