Saloni teams up with H-Dhami and Mazza On The Track for ‘Chal Soniya’

Mumbai, 1^st June 2024: Singer-songwriter Saloni teams up with H-Dhami and producer Mazza On The Track to create a Telugu-Punjabi-English track. Bringing back the classic garage vibe infused with modern cultural elements, their latest track “Chal Soniya” promises to be the ultimate summer hit.

‘Chal Soniya’ proves to be a great collaboration as they unite their distinct artistic styles in a truly extraordinary multilingual collaboration. “Chal Soniya” features lyrics in Punjabi, Telugu, and English, set to an infectious garage beat, promising to ignite dance floors worldwide. This track will be accompanied by a music video shot at Warbrook House by Akash who has a following of over 130k.

Speaking on the track Saloni states, “Garage has always been iconic in the UK music scene, and it’s making a comeback. As soon as Mazza sent me the beat I knew I wanted to make a summer banger with this and collaborated with the household name H-Dhami to bring our own twist to it. Growing up in the UK I’ve heard a lot of Punjabi music and bringing this together with my mother-tongue Telugu along with English felt close to home. However, regardless of language, I hope listeners from all backgrounds enjoy this summer hit as much as we enjoyed creating it!”. Saloni is a London and Milton Keynes-based singer/songwriter whose original music and remixes have an eclectic mix of Pop, R&B and Bollywood, bringing both her Eastern and Western worlds together. H Dhami, a Punjabi vocalist from West London, inherited his love for music from his father, a lead singer in the 80s Bhangra group HEERA. He began his career at U.K. shows and gained prominence after signing with Rishi Rich in 2007.
