Reet Talwar rose to fame with super successful first song, Awara, in which she featured along side Badshah. “Main Kaise Kahoon” is her third single being released with Warner Music India. The lyrics are penned by Badshah while the music has been composed by Hiten. The song is catchy, has great vibes and Reet can be seen in a full swing in the video song. We caught up with Reet on this release and here are the excerpts in short:

What is Main Kaise Kahoon about?

The song is about a girl whose heart has been broken many times & now once again, she falls in love but is scared to say it because of her past experience. So, she’s like ‘Main Kaise Kahoon’, and expresses her dilemma through the song.

From your first song Awaara, which released on 20^th November 2020 till date, this is your third song. Is there a conscious attempt to release music with a considerable gap?

No, I don’t intend to release songs at such gap. It just happened in due course. I was and am new to the industry so there’s a lot of learning going on that’s why it took time. I want to release my next one as soon as possible.

Tell us about your association with Warner, how did it come about?

Well, I hope they like me that’s why they worked with me and of course, I wanted to work with them as well since they are one of the biggest labels in India and globally. They can help an artist go global. One more thing I love about Warner is that they don’t care how big or small of an artist you are (position-wise) if they think you’re good enough & have potential, they will work with you.

What have you been engaged with over the last year and a half? What’s next from your end?

Music. Just Music. I call myself a versatile artist but I have started as a singer in the industry and want to engage with music first as much as I can. This is what I have been exploring over last couple of years. As for the new and next from my end, you will know soon 😊

Any message to your fans?

I have a very special bond with my audience, there’s sort of an emotional connect. I am and will forever be grateful to my fans for giving me so much of love and support. I am here because of them only.
